Do you suffer with low self worth and poor self esteem? Do you know what it's like to spiral out of control and into painful long cycles of shame, panic and self doubt? Are you frequently hijacked by your punitive inner critic? If so, you are not alone.

For more than a decade, I have worked with thousands of women who've experienced life in a similar way. And the reason I came to this work? Because I have also been through my own journey of healing and transformation.

So now, it is my intention to help you transform your experience and begin to delight in yourself once again. Are you ready to live a life with more ease, confidence, deepened intuition and self belief? If its a yes, then welcome, you are in the right place…

With love,

Kate

How I can help

For many years, I have worked with women suffering from low self esteem, women that feel stuck, unsatisfied, those who feel clouded by shame, attacked by a harsh inner critic, women who feel disconnected from their bodies, or have lost their authentic voice, and those who feel disempowered and lack an internal sense of clarity and authority. Many of the women I work with have suffered early developmental traumas and relational ruptures, as well as traumas later on in adult life.

In this work, it is my intention to provide you with the tools and resources to begin to recover and heal. I will support you to see yourself more clearly, which creates the space for outmoded thoughts and historical patterns of behaviour to naturally emerge. The way in which we come to view ourselves is often organised by the very subtle yet pervading core beliefs we develop about ourselves in early childhood. Therapy can help to unpack these unconscious beliefs, as well as challenging the messages we take in from society and the dominant patriarchal culture. This allows you to become fully aware of the narrative you hold yourself to, inviting you to challenge outmoded ways of thinking and beliefs that may no longer serve you.

My approach integrates talking, movement, touch and sound and supports a gentle integration of mind, body and spirit, strengthening our existing resources and developing new ones, which can lead to a greater sense of safety, satisfaction, connection, autonomy and freedom.
