I offer integrative embodied psychotherapy for women experiencing anxiety, low self-worth, overwhelm, disconnection or the impact of early relational trauma.
Many of the women I work with are also moving through significant life transitions, where familiar ways of being no longer feel sustainable.

How I work
My work is an embodied form of psychotherapy that supports you to understand and shift long-standing emotional and relational patterns.
We work gently and at depth, paying attention to the connection between your past experiences, your body and your present life.
Over time, this can support greater self-awareness, emotional regulation and a stronger sense of inner stability and self-trust.

Sessions & fees
I charge £120 for an initial therapy session and for any sessions thereafter. Each session lasts for 50 minutes.
I operate a 7-day cancellation policy. Cancellations with 7 days notice will not incur a charge, otherwise, the full fee is payable.
