London psychotherapist specialising in trauma, anxiety and low self esteem

If you’re thinking about having therapy, chances are you are experiencing difficulties and want some professional support to help you make sense of what is happening. My role as a therapist is to do exactly that; to help you see your situation more clearly and to understand your part in it, so that you can begin to make informed choices about your future.

What happens next?

If you would like to arrange an initial consultation, please phone or email me to discuss your needs first. If we decide to arrange a consultation, we will have the opportunity to meet in person and clarify what your goals are, as well as giving you the chance to see if I'm someone you'd want to work with and for me to see if my approach matches what you need. If we agree to work together, we will arrange a time and date to meet each week and will have regular reviews, to make sure the sessions are meeting your needs and expectations.

I offer a choice of brief therapy (usually between 6 and 18 sessions) to look at a specific problem or longer term therapy in which we will explore your underlying patterns of behaviour and emotional difficulties in more depth. I do not offer Skype sessions to new clients.

I offer a confidential, safe, supportive and non judgemental environment in which to work. I am a registered BACP Member and a registered accredited member of UKCP and I adhere to the UKCP code of ethics.
